Terms & booking conditions
This page gives a plain-language overview of our booking conditions. The individual offer and written booking confirmation always define the final details.
The most important points
A booking is based on a written offer. It covers the agreed lineup, time, place, technical setup and fee.
A date is reserved only after written confirmation.
The offer states what is included: music, setup, soundcheck, technical setup, travel and planning.
Changes in venue, time, lineup or technical needs may change the price.
1. Scope
These conditions apply to bookings of The Jetset Society unless the written offer says something different.
They apply to private events, companies, agencies, planners, venues and event organisers.
2. Enquiry and booking
An enquiry is not binding. Please send date, venue, event type, guest count and rough schedule.
The offer states lineup, playing time, technical setup, fee and payment terms.
The booking is binding only after written confirmation.
Changes after the offer may require a new calculation.
3. What the service can include
A live band booking is more than the visible playing time.
Live performance in the agreed lineup.
Song wishes, first dance, set planning and event schedule.
Sound, lighting, microphones, setup, soundcheck and teardown where agreed.
The exact service is always defined in the individual offer.
4. Prices and payment
Prices depend on lineup, playing time, venue, travel, technical setup and schedule.
Payment terms and deposits are stated in the written offer.
Extra services, extra time, second setups, travel expenses or accommodation may be charged separately.
5. Setup, soundcheck and venue
The band needs enough time for delivery, setup and soundcheck.
The client makes sure that power, space, access and parking are available.
Ceremony, reception or outdoor areas may need extra setup.
Event delays do not automatically extend the booked time.
6. Songs and special requests
Song wishes and no-go songs are discussed in advance.
New arrangements, guest musicians, extra rehearsals or special show parts can be agreed separately.
Extensions on the event day are possible only if the band is available.
7. Illness and force majeure
If a musician is ill, The Jetset Society will try to provide a professional replacement.
If the event is affected by force majeure, official measures, illness, accident or safety issues, both sides will look for a fair solution based on the booking.
8. Cancellation
A confirmed booking reserves date, lineup, preparation and technical resources.
Cancellation terms depend on timing, scope and the written agreement.
The exact rules are stated in the offer or booking agreement.
9. Licences and organiser duties
Public events may need AKM fees, licences, permits or curfew checks.
Unless agreed otherwise, these duties are handled by the organiser or client.
10. Photos, videos and references
Private event photos or videos are used only with permission.
For company events, logos or references can be handled by agreement.
11. Privacy and final points
Details about personal data are available in the privacy policy.
If one point is invalid, the rest of the agreement remains in place.
