Client experiences & project examples
Situation: A couple planned a modern wedding with around 120 guests at an event venue in Vienna – outdoor reception, then dinner and party in the ballroom.
Wish: Subtle live music during the reception, conversation-friendly volume at dinner, a first dance performed live and a full dance floor from around 9:30 pm.
Implementation: Mid-size lineup with 6 musicians, own sound and lighting equipment with the soundcheck completed before the first guests arrived, reduced dinner sets and a custom-arranged first dance as the transition into the party.
Result: Three party sets until after midnight – the dance floor stayed full from the first dance to the last song, elegant at the start and electric at the end.
Situation: A corporate event with around 200 guests combined reception, networking, dinner, speeches and awards with a later party phase.
Wish: Representative live music that allows conversation during networking and dinner, respects the official programme and builds noticeable energy afterwards.
Implementation: Larger lineup with 8 musicians including horns, full sound and lighting equipment brought along, volume deliberately controlled during reception and dinner, transitions coordinated with the host and the venue's technical staff.
Result: The musical flow stayed premium, the speeches had their space – and after the official part, a full dance floor developed without a stylistic break.
Situation: A festive ball with several hundred guests and a mixed audience – from the opening through classic dance rounds to the later party, every phase had to work.
Wish: An opening with a Viennese waltz, reliable standard dance rounds (foxtrot, cha-cha-cha, rumba), an accompanied midnight performance and modern party sets for all generations afterwards.
Implementation: Large lineup with 8–11 musicians, music planned along the ball phases with fixed time slots for the opening, dance rounds and performances – coordinated with the ball committee and the hosts.
Result: Formal ball tradition and a modern dance floor flowed seamlessly into each other; the dance rounds stayed in tempo and the party phase filled the hall until the end.
Situation: For gala and award evenings, live music is part of the event dramaturgy.
Wish: Reception, dinner, speeches, awards and the later celebration each needed a different musical energy.
Implementation: The Jetset Society was planned as a complete premium solution with suitable lineup, technical coordination, soundcheck and communication with the venue or planning team.
Result: The music supported the representative character without overloading the schedule.
Situation: A reception, dinner, hotel bar, business lounge or jazz brunch did not require a large party lineup.
Wish: High-quality atmosphere, comfortable volume and music that supports conversation.
Implementation: A smaller lineup with suitable jazz, lounge or dinner repertoire was the more coherent solution.
Result: The music felt present and stylish without dominating the room.
Conclusion: Clients do not simply book individual musicians. They book a coordinated live music solution in which lineup, technique, repertoire, timing, logistics and communication work together.
