We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website, process enquiries, communicate with you, take steps prior to entering into a contract or comply with legal obligations.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by A1. When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technically necessary information. This may include, in particular, your IP address, date and time of access, pages accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type, operating system, referrer URL and technical status messages.
This data is processed to ensure the secure, stable and error-free operation of the website, to detect technical errors and to prevent misuse.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or via the contact form, we process the data you voluntarily provide in order to handle your enquiry and possible follow-up questions.
This may include, in particular, your name, email address, telephone number, event details, preferred line-up, event location, date, time, number of guests and the content of your message.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract. For other enquiries, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR due to our legitimate interest in processing and responding to your enquiry.
5. Contact form / FormSubmit
If you use the contact form on this website, the data you enter will be forwarded to the service FormSubmit for the technical transmission of your message.
This may include, in particular, your name, email address, telephone number, event details, message content and technical metadata, insofar as this is necessary for transmitting and delivering your enquiry.
The processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of reliably receiving and handling your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related or pre-contractual enquiries and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in functional and efficient communication.
According to FormSubmit, submitted form data is not permanently stored but forwarded to the specified email address. Please do not submit sensitive data via the contact form unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
Further information on data processing by FormSubmit can be found in the FormSubmit Privacy Policy.
6. WhatsApp contact
Our website contains links for contacting us via WhatsApp. If you click on a WhatsApp link, you will be redirected to WhatsApp. Personal data, in particular your telephone number, communication content, technical data and metadata, may be processed by WhatsApp or its provider Meta.
The use of WhatsApp is voluntary. If you do not wish to use WhatsApp, you can contact us alternatively by email, telephone or via the contact form.
The legal basis for our subsequent communication with you is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries.
7. External links and social media profiles
Our website contains links to external platforms, in particular Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, Google Maps and Google Reviews. If you click on such a link, you leave our website and the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.
When you simply visit our website, no content from these platforms is automatically loaded via these simple external links. Data is generally transmitted to the respective provider only when you actively click on the corresponding external link.
8. YouTube with 2-click solution
On the Live Impressions page, YouTube videos are embedded using a so-called 2-click solution.
When you simply open the page, YouTube videos are not automatically loaded as active YouTube players. Only when you actively click on a video preview is the respective YouTube video loaded and a connection to YouTube or Google established.
Depending on the technical implementation, video preview images may be stored locally on our website or loaded from YouTube. However, the actual YouTube player is only loaded after your active selection.
By actively loading a YouTube video, personal data, in particular your IP address, technical usage data, browser information and information about the video accessed, may be transmitted to YouTube or Google.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Activating a YouTube video is voluntary. If you do not want data to be transmitted to YouTube or Google, please do not click on the video preview.
Further information on data processing by Google / YouTube can be found in the Google Privacy Policy.
9. Cookies, local storage and consent management
Our website uses technically necessary functions that are required for the operation of the website. In addition, optional services may be used, in particular to analyze website usage and, where applicable, to measure advertising and conversion functions.
Optional cookies and similar technologies are only used if you have given your prior consent. When you first visit our website, you can use the consent banner to choose whether you want to accept or reject optional services.
The YouTube videos on the Live Impressions page are additionally protected by a separate 2-click solution and are only loaded after your active selection.
To store your decision, an entry is saved in your browser’s local storage. This records locally on your device whether you have accepted or rejected the use of optional services. This storage is used exclusively to technically implement your selection and to avoid showing the consent banner again on every page view.
The legal basis for optional analytics and marketing services is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The legal basis for the technical storage of your consent decision is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in consistent and technically functional consent management.
10. Cookie settings
You can change or withdraw your consent to optional cookies as well as analytics and marketing services at any time with effect for the future.
To do so, use the Cookie settings link in the footer of our website or the following button:
If you withdraw your consent, optional services will no longer be loaded in the future. Cookies that have already been set can also be deleted via your browser settings.
11. Google Analytics 4
This website may use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our website, which pages are particularly relevant and how we can improve content, structure and user guidance.
Google Analytics is only activated on our website if you have given your consent to the Analytics category via the consent banner. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded.
In this context, technical information about the device and browser used, usage data, pages accessed, approximate location information, referrer information and event data may be processed.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Further information on data processing by Google can be found in the Google Privacy Policy.
12. Google Consent Mode
Google Consent Mode may be used to technically implement your consent decision. This informs Google whether consent has been granted for certain categories or not.
In particular, the following consent signals may be used:
- analytics_storage for analytics functions,
- ad_storage for advertising-related storage,
- ad_user_data for the transmission of advertising-related user data to Google,
- ad_personalization for personalized advertising.
Optional analytics and advertising functions are denied by default. They are only activated if you give your consent.
13. Google Ads conversion tracking
If Google Ads conversion tracking is used on this website and you have given your consent, we may measure whether users perform a specific action on our website after clicking on an advertisement, for example submitting an enquiry.
Google Ads conversion tracking is only activated if you have given your consent to the Marketing category via the consent banner.
In this context, technical usage data, information about the ad click, conversion events and cookie or similar identifiers may be processed.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
14. Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, communicate with you or comply with legal obligations.
Data from contact enquiries is generally stored for the duration of processing your enquiry and for an appropriate follow-up period for possible questions. Where statutory retention obligations apply, data is stored in accordance with those obligations.
Server log files are stored only for as long as technically and organizationally necessary to ensure operation, analyze errors and prevent misuse.
The consent decision stored in local storage remains stored until you change your selection, delete your browser storage or the technical storage period is changed.
The storage period of data processed by third-party providers such as Google, YouTube, Meta or FormSubmit is governed by the privacy policies of the respective provider.
15. Recipients of data
Personal data is only passed on insofar as this is necessary for the operation of this website, the processing of enquiries, the technical provision of certain functions or based on your consent.
Recipients may include, in particular:
- the hosting provider A1 as part of the technical operation of the website,
- the form service FormSubmit for the technical transmission of contact enquiries,
- WhatsApp or Meta if you actively contact us via WhatsApp,
- Google / YouTube if you actively load a YouTube video,

- Google in connection with Google Ads conversion tracking if you have consented to the Marketing category,
- external platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps or Google Business Profile if you actively click on the corresponding external links.
Where processing outside the European Union or the EEA cannot be ruled out for individual services, such processing takes place in accordance with the applicable data protection requirements.
16. Your rights
Under the applicable data protection laws, you generally have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent with effect for the future.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
