Everything else is optional and simply sharpens the picture: phone number, company or organisation, a rough number of guests, the parts of the evening you would like covered, preferred performance time, the technical setup on site, a preferred lineup and any notes on the running order. Everything else can be worked out together.
Do I need to know the right lineup before sending an enquiry?
No. You can send an enquiry without knowing the exact lineup. Based on event type, number of guests, room size, schedule and the impact you want, we recommend a suitable lineup.
Can I enquire if the schedule or venue is not final yet?
Yes. Send your enquiry even if some details are still open – just mention anything undecided, such as venue, schedule, performance time or number of guests, in the message field. In practice, most people get in touch before every detail is settled, and that tends to work better than waiting.
